The €899.95 is not a typo. It is the same set, listed by a marketplace seller at 80% over RRP — and it is the highest price we have ever recorded for 76269. This is the normal shape of a retired grail set: as official stock disappears, resellers price for the people who missed it. The spread between the cheapest and dearest tracked offer is currently 80%, on a set where every offer was within a few euro of each other three months ago.
LEGO.com Germany, Italy and Austria still show stock at €499.99. For a retired set that is a narrow, closing window. The Netherlands, France, Spain and Finland stores have already sold out.
