LEGO has revealed 77120 Shadow's Mech vs. G.U.N. Trooper, a 374-piece Sonic the Hedgehog set arriving 1 August 2026 at a US RRP of $49.99.
The characters
Shadow is Sonic's most popular rival — the Ultimate Life Form, matching Sonic for speed with an entirely darker streak. G.U.N. is the military organisation whose history with Shadow is tangled enough to carry the plot of the Shadow game outright, which is exactly the confrontation this set stages.
What you build
The centrepiece is Shadow's red-and-black mech:
- Poseable arms with twin swords
- Four shoulder-mounted stud shooters
- Doom Wings that attach either to the mech or directly to the Shadow figure's back, giving two display modes
- A Dark Rider motorbike for Shadow to ride instead
Add a G.U.N. trooper figure and two Chaos Emerald elements and the set covers both sides of the standoff.
