What you get. The set recreates Darth Vader's flagship from The Empire Strikes Back. LEGO says it comes with a built-in display stand, a to-scale Star Destroyer for size comparison, and a small build of the Executor's bridge. There are seven minifigures: Darth Vader plus all six bounty hunters (Boba Fett, Dengar, Bossk, IG-88, 4-LOM and Zuckuss) in one set for the first time.

Size and display. LEGO lists the finished model at over 20 cm high, 136 cm long and 20 cm wide. That is a serious piece of furniture: measure your shelf or cabinet before you order, because few standard shelves are deep or long enough.

Launch bonus. During 1-7 October 2026 buying the set came with a free Darth Vader's Lightsaber gift (40897, 174 pieces according to Stone Wars). That window has now closed, so check LEGO.com for any current offer before you buy.

Who is it for?

Adult Star Wars and UCS collectors, display builders with plenty of space and patience, and anyone who wants all six bounty hunters in a single box. It is not a casual gift: at this price and size it is a long project.

Buying tip

Because the retail price is high, even a modest percentage discount saves real money. Check the price history on BrickPrice.eu, compare the EUR 749.99 LEGO.com price with other EU retailers, and note that LEGO's own sales events (see our Black Friday guide) tend to focus on gifts and points rather than big cuts on brand-new flagships. Set a price alert and wait if you are not in a hurry.

The exact EUR price at third-party retailers and any future discount are unconfirmed.
