Where it fits. Toys N Bricks lists the set as part of the Winter Village Collection, and Stone Wars files it under LEGO Icons. We have not verified which earlier houses it pairs with, but the line is designed so buildings can sit side by side in a seasonal display.
Value. EUR 109.99 for 1,354 pieces is about 8.1 cent per piece (our calculation). Seasonal sets are one of the few categories where timing matters a lot, because demand peaks in November and December.
Timing. Release was 4 October 2026 for the general public after Insiders early access from 1 to 3 October. If you want it built for Christmas, order early enough to allow for a long build.
Who is it for?
Collectors who add a new Winter Village building every year, adult builders who enjoy seasonal displays, and gift buyers shopping for a Christmas project.
